For reservation, advance payment of 30% of the full amount to the bank account, and the rest upon arrival. The reservation is valid only after the visible advance payment. Reservation requests are received by e-mail. For all other information, please contact me. The ideal time of arrival is from 13:00 to 22:00, and departure is from 06:00 to 10:00, and it is also possible by arrangement. Pets are not accepted. Parties and celebrations are prohibited. The price for less than 3 nights is increased by 50%.
Residential tax is included in price.Free cancellation of accommodation reservations 40 days before the booked arrival, and up to 20 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded, excluding the first night and bank charges, or a new accommodation date will be arranged depending on the availability/reservations of accommodation units.
