The family house is located in a quiet part of the town, bordering the Punta Rožica beach, first row to the sea. The beach is 10 meters away. Suitable for families with children. The beach is also suitable for non-swimmers. The 1st and 2nd floors are for rent. We live on the ground floor, which we do not rent. We have 6 apartments and one double room with a bathroom and a separate kitchen. Nearby are a market, fast food, restaurants, everything is within 200 meters. Parking is provided within the accommodation. Pets are allowed in some accommodation units for an additional fee of 5 euros per day.

The advance payment is 30 percent of the total reservation amount. It is paid into a bank account. Arrival time is from 1 pm and departure time is until 10 am.
