Our apartments are located in a quiet part of Crikvenica, close to all the amenities needed for a quality vacation. The house has a large garden filled with greenery.
Accommodation units
A 40% advance payment is required for booking. The rest is paid upon the guest's arrival. The ideal time of arrival is 14:00, and on the day of departure it is desirable that guests leave the apartment by 10:00.

Apartment Evica is truly fantastic! We go there every summer to stay with the Ratkovic family and are always warmly welcomed. The apartments are very clean and beautifully furnished. The pool at the house is also great to enjoy. Highly recommended!

The apartment is nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the rooms are extremely clean. The outdoor pool is also very nice, everything is very nicely decorated. All praise to the hosts, who are very friendly and attentive to the guests!
