The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building. Privacy is guaranteed because the owner does not live in the building. Parking is free and can be parked in front of the building or 100m away in free parking spaces.

When booking, it is necessary to pay 30%, but not less than 100 euros by postal order, or to a bank account or via Western Union or Money Gram. The cost of the commission for sending money is borne by the guest, and the landlord bears the cost of the commission for receiving it. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated (classic Duga Uvala) with some new equipment that makes the stay easier. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the bay and the islands. Parking is possible next to the block, in the busiest part of the road. The owner is very responsive, friendly, caring. There are several different places to swim. Access to the beach is also possible by car, but we prefer walking up the slope or stairs. The water is clean. The shop is in the neighboring village, a few minutes away by car.

Cleverly constructed apartment, mainly due to the mezzanine. Very well equipped. The sea is close. The coast is rocky. The beach is rocky but flat, near the hotel. Place begins to regain its former glory. Generally very quiet. The nearest well-stocked shop, on large purchases, is in Pavicini (approx. 2km). I recommend you to visit the city of Pula. Porec, Rovinj and in the depths of the peninsula town Motovun. I was disappointed Pazin and the peninsula Kamenjak. Long distric, a giant queue for tickets, natural way (fatal) to the coast and average place with "a million" people.

I was a bit affraid of the fact that I will not have personal contact with the lessor because the keys were picked at the hotel reception but everything was fine and with no problems. The apartment was cosy, clean, the kitchen was well equiped, balcony with a sea view. Beautiful!
