The SKELIN apartments are located in the small fishing village of RAŽANJ in the Ljoljinica bay, not far from Rogoznica, a larger tourist town, at the very end of Northern Dalmatia between Šibenik and Split, 45 km from Šibenik and 50 km from Split. The sea is 30 meters away from the apartment. The street in front of the apartment is used by neighbors only occasionally with a few cars, which guarantees a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. This area is far from the noise, pollution of big cities and crowded beaches, yet still close enough to many cultural and historical attractions, which are less than half an hour's drive away. The minimum stay is 5 days. Arrival time in the apartments is scheduled for 2:00 PM on the day of arrival at the earliest and check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure at the latest. It is necessary to make an advance payment of 100 EUR, while the rest of the amount is paid upon arrival at the apartments. Air conditioning is available in all apartments - price on request. There is a Tourist Office in the center of RAŽANJ, where you can get additional information about the history of the town, as well as the tourist offer and activities.

Rocky beach All guests have free use of: internet, parking, use of outdoor shower, barbecue, and garden for children. All apartments have air conditioning - price on request. There is also a boat mooring near the apartment (only with mandatory prior notice - price on request). In front of the apartment there is a natural stone and a small pebble beach. The first large pebble beach is located towards the center of the town called Ražanj, only a 10-minute walk along the sea. Every morning in the summer months, a mobile vehicle with fresh groceries comes to our street. In the summer months, excursions are organized from the center of RAŽANJ or ROGOZNICA to nearby larger tourist towns, and to the National Parks: Krka Waterfalls and Kornati. A cycling and hiking trail and a diving center are 600 meters away.

We stayed without prior reservation, and completely by accident. We go to the area repeatedly and purposefully, there is peace, clear sea and very good access to many tourist destinations. The apartment is very well equipped to a high standard. We lacked nothing. The owners are nice people, they try their best to accommodate everything, and their interest in the guests it's not annoying at all. We will definitely try to repeat the visit in the coming years.

This year we really chose at the last minute (3. 7.). 16. 7. We went and everything was great. We were in Croatia many times, but so sweet home we experienced. Swimming amazing people minimum, calm, we appreciate the import of bread and fruit to the apartment. We already have zabukováno for next year. When blah taste, mood, we went to Rogoznica, Trogir, Primosten. I recommend for those who want peace, but not renounce the occasional "tourism cities".

We recommend this apartment for people seeking peace. Clean rooms, very close to the sea. Clean beaches where there is little people, clear water. The area is quiet, this small town is safe for children. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, always help. We have been coming here since 7 years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)
