On the terrace there are: two deck chairs, a barbecue and a concrete table for sitting and dining with a view of the blue sea that you can enjoy all day long. Part of the terrace above the table and the barbecue is covered, providing shade/protection all day long. The house is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi unlimited internet, LCD TV, stove with gas and electric kettles, big refrigerator (250 lit) with freezer, and everything else needed for cooking/baking and serving. To book a period, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of approximately 33% of the total price, and the rest is paid on the day of arrival at the house. Arrival at the house is from 1:55 p.m. on the day of arrival, and departure by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Final cleaning of the house is charged at 99 Euros (one-time). The price of the house is for a family (two adults and children up to 15 years old), and for other combinations the price is negotiable! Cleaning, in case we arrange for a dog to stay, is charged additionally! The owner of the house welcomes and sees off guests, and is at their service in case of need (24/7). We use a trolley to transport things from the parking to the house. Tourist tax is included in the price. Available dates: until 10.06. ; from 24.06. - until 5.07. ; and from 20.08. .... onwards.

We had a really great time! The house is just a few steps from a small beach and a 5 minute walk from the public beach. It comes equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and we really loved the stone grill. Zenon was super helpful with anything we might have needed, even helped us carry our luggage when we first came there! We'll definitely be coming back again next year!
